Terms of service

Effective date

These terms apply from October 20, 2026. The service is operated by STUDIO LAB CO., LTD. ("we").

1. The service

GameGummy (the "Service") lets you play games for free in your browser and, if you choose, take part in leaderboards, write comments and make games in the Forge. We may add, change or end games and features, and we will announce changes that significantly affect users on this page in advance.

2. Using the Service

You do not need an account to play. Joining a leaderboard and writing comments are limited to people aged 14 or older. You agree to follow applicable law, these terms and the instructions shown in each game.

3. What is not allowed

• Manipulating scores, using bots or automation, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service
• Posting abuse, hate speech, personal or contact information, or advertising in nicknames or comments
• Impersonating another person or the operator
• Interfering with the Service or with other users
• Uploading games or text to the Forge that infringe copyright or other rights
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the code, data or network protocols of the Service or its games, or using the results to copy the Service or its games or to build a similar service
• Collecting games, artwork, text or data from the Service with crawlers, scrapers, bots or other automated means, or using them to train AI models, without our permission

4. User content and creator games

You are responsible for the comments you post and the games you make in the Forge. We may display and feature published content and games as needed to run and promote the Service. Content that breaks the law or these terms, or that receives repeated reports, may be hidden or removed without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The games, artwork, text and logos we create belong to us. Games supplied by partner distributors belong to their providers. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

6. Advertising

We may show ads on our pages and between games. As a rule, ads appear only at natural breaks, never in the middle of play.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is free. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or network outages, or for records lost when browser data is cleared, except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be settled by the competent court. Send questions and reports to support@studiolab.ai.
